At the core of the craft is the art, science and indeed sorcery of barbecue cooking.
A pitmaster transforms cuts of meat into smoky, tender masterpieces, blending spices, passion, creativity and patience to perfection through the miracle of time, tradition, temperature, and technique, resulting in flavors that are as bold and unforgettable as the Pitmaster behind them.
